Prepare the Package
Securely pack the tools in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
